PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a metallic lithium secondary battery with high charge/ discharge capacity, good charge/discharge cycle characteristics, and high energy density. SOLUTION: Low temperature aging treatment (S1) and first normal temperature aging treatment (S2) are conducted for a battery main body, partial charging treatment (S3) and first high temperature aging treatment (S4) are conducted for the battery main body. Activation treatment (S5) is conducted for the battery main body, then the battery main body is let to stand for the specified time by first buffer treatment (S6). Second normal temperature aging treatment (S7) is conducted for the battery main body, then current capacity during charging and discharging is inspected (S8). The battery main body is let to stand for the specified time by second buffer treatment (S9), then printing treatment for example is conducted to form a product, and the products is classified in ranks and delivered (S10). These treatments are conducted in an independent room having heat insulating structure at a temperature suitable for each treatment. |
