The knitted textile material, for use as a reinforcement insert at three-dimensional structures, has the loops (S) of the reinforcement yarns (V) positioned so that the inner yarn reserve is close to the points to be shaped. The loop lengths are set so that, after the reinforcement yarns have been moved into the final three-dimensional shape, the shaped and unshaped reinforcement yarns (V) are all fully stretched.
