PURPOSE: A device for transmitting a friction power of a heat transcription ribbon of a facsimile is provided to transfer a thermal transcription ribbon with a fixed tension maintained. CONSTITUTION: A winding gear(10) is slidably mounted to a rotating shaft(27) for being geared a gear train moved by a driving motor. A friction surface(11) closely contacted to a fixing disk(20), and a moving disk(30) is formed at both side surfaces of the winding gear(10). The rotating shaft(27) is rotatably mounted to a penetration groove(57) of a frame(55). The fixing disk(20) integrally mounted to the rotating shaft(27) for being contacted at the inner surface of the winding gear(10). The moving disk(30) slidably mounted to the rotating shaft(27) for being contacted at the outer surface of the winding gear(10). A disk-typed push plate(37) is mounted at the outer end portion of the rotating shaft(27). A compression coil spring(35) is mounted between the push plate(37) and the moving disk(30). An intermediate gear(47) is mounted at the inner end portion of the rotating shaft(27) for being integrally rotated with the rotating shaft(27).
