PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a light diffusion member with a light diffusion face which improves the light diffusion characteristics of a diffusion reflection plate for reflection type LCD with high production efficiency by providing a light diffusion face that is a face obtained by transferring the rugged shape of the resin surface of a bead-containing thin film. SOLUTION: A photosensitive resin composition is applied on a base film, dried and irradiated with UV while pressing a master disk to photoset the photosetting resin and to form an irregular rugged shape on the surface of a photosetting resin layer (undercoat layer). A solution for forming a thin film layer is applied on the undercoat layer, dried and covered with a cover film to obtain a transfer film. This transfer film is laminated while peeling the cover film in such a way that the thin film layer 4 comes in contact with a glass substrate 1 to obtain a substrate with the thin film layer 4, the undercoat layer and the base film laminated on the substrate 1. The undercoat layer and the base film are then peeled and the thin film layer 4 with an irregular rugged surface is obtained on the substrate 1. After heat curing, a thin aluminum film is laminated by vacuum deposition to form a reflection film 3. |
