<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate man-hours concerning work in all sites regardless of whether the operation contents of work are clear on the desk. SOLUTION: Concerning this man-hour estimation system, the installation work is divided into minimum unit work items and hierarchically correlated. Then, man-hours are estimated while using the same program individually for a unit work item 1 with clear operation contents and a unit work item 2 with non-clear operation contents, but concerning the unit work item 1 with clear operation contents, man-hours are generally estimated regardless or products while defining the operation contents and the specification of installed parts as input information and concerning the unit work item 2 with non-clear operation contents, man-hours are individually estimated while defining work conditions required for estimation as input information. Concerning a unit work item where man-hour estimation is impossible, man-hours are estimated by directly inputting a time value in the case of visitor, for example, for visualization. The estimated man-hours of these unit work items are totalled for every work of high-order hierarchy 3, and finally the man-hours of a product 4 is estimated.</p> |
