PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy for measuring water content by eliminating deposits which deposit on the sensor part of a water content sensor to generate error of measurement. SOLUTION: An aggregate storing part 2 has an aggregate feeding hole and an aggregate discharging hole. A gate 3 is fitted on the aggregate storing part 2 to make the aggregate discharging hole openable and closable. A water content sensor 6 has a sensor part by which water content of the aggregate close to the sensor part can be measured. An air jetting tool 7 is provided in the aggregate storing part 2. The air jetting tool 7 jets air toward the sensor part when the gate part is opened to eliminate deposits deposited on the sensor part.
