PURPOSE: An apparatus for testing load characteristics of a vehicle power steering system is provided to accurately measure the amount of the generated load of a torque input element, thereby improving the reliability of a test. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for testing load characteristics of a vehicle power steering system includes a torque input element connected with an input part of the power steering system for variably inputting a steering torque, and an output load operating element installed in corresponding to both output parts of the power steering system and operated as a fixed load and a variable load, wherein the apparatus for testing load characteristics of the vehicle power steering system includes a steering angle measuring element(23) in any part of the torque input element and the output load operating element, and a connecting element(27) capable of additionally connecting the all kinds of parts of a steering device, installed between the power steering system and the output load operating element.
