PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover hydrogen gas from a material containing much water, such as a general garbage, a waste food residue, excrement of a livestock, an activated sludge, a papermaking sludge and a drain so as to be utilized as a fuel. SOLUTION: The hydrogen gas is recovered as a reducing gas by charging the waste containing hydrocarbons, such as the general garbage, the waste food residue a waste paper, a waste wood, the excrement of the livestock, the activated sludges, the papermaking sludge, a shredder dust and a waste plastic, or the waste containing the water and an unutilized resource, to a blast furnace, a coke furnace, a shaft kiln, a rotary kiln, a cupola, a smelting furnace, a melting apparatus for making a gas of the waste, etc., and collecting the hydrogen gas formed as the reducing gas. |
