<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a picture data management system capable of easily and inexpensively acquiring business data and event information or the like in a game facility or the like, and utilizing the data for a customer service, and allowing a manager or the like to easily grasp the business data. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a main server 20 for fetching business information and customer service information as picture data from displays CRT of client computers 11 in a plurality of business facilities 1. The main server is provided with a computer 21 for system management and control having an OCR processing part 22 for converting the picture data transmitted from each facility by communication equipment into text data by the OCR, a data working part 23 for analyzing, working, and editing the processed data, and a data recording part 24 for preserving the edited data. Also, this main server is provided with a WEB server 26 for running the home page of each facility based on the edited data.</p> |
