PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Web page design conversion system for converting the design of a Web page according to the visual ability of a user accessing the Web page. SOLUTION: This Web page design conversion system 10 is interposed between a user terminal 30 and a Web server 32. This system 10 comprises a line-of-sight information input part 13 for inputting the information related to the line of sight of the user accessing the Web page as line-of-sight information; a design conversion part 12 for converting the design of the Web page on the basis of the line-of-sight information putted by the input part 13; and a Web data transmission part 14 for transmitting Web data to the user terminal 30 in order to display the Web page converted by the design conversion part 12 on the user terminal 30.
