PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image pickup sequence capable of making image pickup time at the time of continuous division image pickup by using an area sensor to be shorter in an image reader where an original image is read by dividing it by an area sensor, synthesizing a divided image by a sticking processing, and reproducing the original image. SOLUTION: An image pickup position moving operation (#5 and the like) and an image pickup operation (#6 and the like) are performed in parallel during the transfer operation (#3, #4 and the like) off image pickup data from the area sensor. |
