PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of chitosan-contained clay vessel with good air flow, sterilization, detoxication, and disease prevention. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method is as follows: mixing clay, chitosan and organic acid dissolving chitosan in a ratio of 100 : 10 : 1; forming in a shape of vessel; drying in the shade for 12-15days; sintering at 850deg.C for 12hrs. firstly, and cooling; coating the formed vessel with glaze made of glaze and chitosan; sintering at 1250deg.C for 12-13hrs. secondly, and cooling; immersing the sintered vessel in chitosan solution having a ratio water : chitosan : organic acid of 10 : 10 : 1, and boiling for 48hrs.; dipping the vessel into a bisphenol solution to prevent chitosan from eluting in washing.
