PURPOSE: A multi functional seeding machine for rice and barley is provided to reduce the time of working, to maximize the utilization degree of arable land, thus improving the efficiency of working. CONSTITUTION: The multi functional seeding machine for rice and barley comprises an earthing up device part for firmly forming a water drainage hole required to the seeding of barley as well as performing the work of balancing; a seeding device part having a seed receiving box(35) freely movable forward and backward so as to satisfy the condition of plowing; and a body for supporting and fixing each component of the earthing up device part and the seeding device part.
