SUBSTANCE: invention describes a method of synthesis of nicotinic acid diethylamide including condensation of nicotinic acid with diethylamine in the presence of phosphorus oxychloride. Reagents are added to reaction in the definite order: solution of diethylamine in nicotinic acid is added to phosphorus oxychloride boiling solution in the same solvent. Nicotinic acid diethylamide can be used in pharmaceutical industry for producing the preparation "Cordiaminum". EFFECT: improved method of production, decreased cost, increased yield, decreased consumption of solvent, simplified process. 1 tbl |
