PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for one-dimensionally and remotely managing facilities which a plurality of users possess by a facility management information center and inexpensively, speedily and precisely performing high maintenance. SOLUTION: In the method for remotely managing and maintaining facilities, terminal units of plural users, terminal units in charge of maintenance, and terminal units in charge of parts management are connected through a host computer and the Internet. Construction time information, maintenance history information, operation history information and online operation information on the facility, stock management information on parts for maintenance and maintenance personnel information are inputted to a host computer and a maintenance plan proposal is generated. |
