PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform maintenance work. SOLUTION: A customer engineer operates mobile PC1, accesses a server 13 through a portable telephone set 12, obtains information on a visiting place where maintenance/inspection service is to be performed, selects the desired visiting place and performs maintenance work. The server 13 controls so that the visiting place is not selected doubly by two or above customer engineers. Information required for maintenance work such as user information and maintenance history information is appropriately obtained from the server 13 by using the mobile PC 11 and the portable telephone set 12. A maintenance report is generated by operating mobile PC11 after maintenance work is finished. Data of the generated maintenance report is transmitted to the server 13 through the portable telephone set 12. The server 13 receives data of the maintenance report sent from mobile PC 11 and stores it as maintenance history information. |
