PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which a user can previously suppose that a shop is reliable on a commercial transaction in the commercial transaction using a network communication. SOLUTION: The number of a 'request data' or an 'order data' is counted as the 'number of the commercial transaction'. In the commercial transaction of 'indirect payment', the 'request data' is sent from a terminal cx of an indefinite user c to a terminal dx of a card company d. In the commercial transaction of 'direct payment', the 'order data' is sent from a terminal bx of a shop b to a data communication medium 1. And the number of 'complaint data', which is sent from the terminal cx of the user c to the data communication medium 1, is counted as the 'number of troubles'. A 'commercial transaction data' is sent from the data communication medium 1 to the terminal cx of the user c. From this, the user c can select the 'indirect payment' or the 'direct payment' in the commercial transaction with the shop b after grasping the number of the commercial transaction and the troubles. |
