PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guidance system and a guidance method to present useful information concerning to the chemical compound for which a customer or a seller has inquired as to the inquiry from the customer on the chemical compound and also a dealing system and a dealing method for the chemical compound using the guidance system. SOLUTION: The guidance system of chemical compound goods is equipped with a system server 16 that receives an inquiry on the chemical compounds from a client 2 on a Web page and a search engine 22 that searches and extracts similar chemical compound goods and related information from a goods database 24 when the inquired chemical compound does not exist as a goods. The system server 16 sends the search result from the search engine 22 to the client 2 through an E mail.
