PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize diagnosis which is more excellent than conventional diagnosis in a situation where diagnosing object items become more complicated and difficult and diagnosing tools are diversified. SOLUTION: A diagnosing method using a communication line has a step for preparing plural specialist teams by each specialized field, a step for preparing a diagnosing WWW page which can be accessed through a communication line from the terminals of the members of the specialist teams, a step for specifying a specialist team for diagnosing the diagnosing object items in accordance with the diagnosing object items, a step for the member of the specified specialist team to access the diagnosing WWW page from the terminal to diagnose the diagnosing object item by using the diagnosing WWW page, and a step for the members of the specialist teams of other specialized field to access the diagnosing WWW page from the terminals to participate in the diagnosis in the middle of diagnosis of the diagnosing object item by the member of the specified specialist team. |
