PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication terminal that can improve the communication efficiency in an environment where plural radio communication terminals coexist and to provide a system using it. SOLUTION: A terminal 20 having a radio communication function is provided with a connection section 24 that detects the presence of an external connection device, a storage means 22 that stores revision settings of operating conditions, and a control means 23 that switches operations according to the revised operating conditions stored in the storage means when the connection section detects the external connection device.
