<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce damage around a gas nozzle from an inflator of an inner tube and to prevent delay in downward deployment of an airbag. SOLUTION: At a peripheral section around the side edge section of the gas nozzle 14A of the inflator 14, the other edge section 70A of a highly rigid pipe 70 with smaller diameter and shorter than the inner tube 32, is fixed and stretches along with a axis line of the inner tube 32. A restriction section 90 is formed between an edge 70 D of the pipe 70 and an exit hole 34B adjacent to a side detached from the inflator 14. A part of gas for inflation flows back by the restriction section 90 and flows into an inflation chamber 64 installed at the side most closed to the inflator 14 through the gas exit hole 34 installed at the side most closed to the inflator 14 of the inner tube 32.</p> |
