BINDER-WELDING DEVICE FOR BAG BINDING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the failure in the welding of a binder in an ultrasonic welding bag-binding machine using a gate-shape binder. SOLUTION: Stopper bolts 29 projecting downwardly are fixed to an upper fixing frame 21 fixed with an ultrasonic vibrator 22 to regulate a rising position of an elevating frame 23 fixed with a pedestal 24. When the ascended elevating frame abuts against the stopper bolts 29, the pedestal 24 and a horn 22a have a slight gap therebetween to uniformly regulate the thickness of the welding part for the binder. Tappet pins 26 each inserted with a spring 27 are provided on both sides of the pedestal 24 and the binder is fixed by being held between the tappet pins 26 and fixing pins 28 of the upper fixing frame 21 when the elevating frame is raised. The binder is free from laterall dislocation, so that the failure in welding can be prevented.
