FIELD: apparatus for separation of emulsions; oil-and-gas producing industry, oil refining industry, chemical industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed apparatus has housing, pipe unions for inlet of emulsion and discharge of gas, cleaned product and water and stepped vertical partitions forming the sections. Mounted before emulsion outlet are two vertical plates which are concave towards each other. Mounted on upper edge of vertical partition of first section are stacks of parallel plates made from metal sheets with louver cuts for forming acute angle relative to direction of motion of flow. Welded to upper edge of vertical partition of second section is horizontal shelf for mounting the vertical zigzag and flat coalescent shields made from metal sheet with louver cuts. Space between said shields is filled with loose material possessing lyophilic properties. ^ EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of separation. ^ 2 cl, 1 dwg |
