An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to make a both-sides attachment tape absorb shock force and prevent a gap between a support main and a case top from being widen when an external shock arises by increasing coupling force therebetween. A plurality of liquid crystal cells are placed on a liquid crystal panel in a matrix shape. Integrated circuits for supplying driving signals to the liquid crystal panel are formed on a printed circuit board(51). A support main(52) where the printed circuit board is mounted supports the liquid crystal panel. A case top(53) wraps a side of the liquid crystal panel. Cover shields(55a,55b,55c), attached onto the printed circuit board, protect the printed circuit board from an external shock and have mounting zones for fixing the support main and the case top.
