PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic semiconductor device being a vertical organic semiconductor device which has both a function of an organic thin-film transistor and a function of a light-emitting element, and provides a demodulation characteristic as an organic thin-film transistor and as a light-emitting element when its gate electrode is formed with an organic conductive film, and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: By forming the vertical organic semiconductor device with a part of an organic conductive film electrically connected to an auxiliary electrode by sandwiching organic semiconductor films between a pair of electrodes functioning as a source electrode and a drain electrode of the organic thin-film transistor and functioning as a positive electrode and a negative electrode of the light-emitting element, and by sandwiching an organic conductive film formed into a thin film and functioning as a gate electrode between the organic semiconductor films, this organic semiconductor device providing a demodulation characteristic as the organic thin-film transistor and as the light-emitting element is provided so as to solve the above problem.
