ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DEVICE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light emitting device which has a low resistance electrode and is easily manufactured, and also to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method for the organic light emitting device comprises processes of: forming a metal positive electrode and its wiring part on a substrate by a plating method; forming an organic EL layer containing an organic luminescent layer on the metal electrode; and forming a negative electrode consisting of a transparent electrode on the organic EL layer.
