A sludge collector having a spiral settling guide bar in a circular settling basin is provided to smoothly settle sludge by guiding sludge to a lower side through the spiral settling guide bar, and smoothly prevent drain holes from being generated in settled sludge and collect sludge stably and efficiently by the rotation of the spiral settling guide bar. A sludge collector having the spiral settling guide bar in the circular settling basin comprises: a circular settling basin(10) having a sludge collecting groove(11) formed around the center of an inclined bottom thereof, a sludge discharge pipe(12) installed on the sludge collecting groove, and a raw water supply pipe(13) vertically installed in an inner center thereof; a sludge collecting part(20) having a center cage(21) rotatably installed at an outer periphery of the raw water supply pipe, a central retention tank(22) mounted on an upper periphery of the center cage, and a scraper(23) of which one end is connected to a lower part of the center cage, and which is closely adhered onto the bottom of the circular settling basin; a drive part(30) having a turntable(31) mounted on an upper part of the center cage, a drive motor(32) for rotating the turntable, and a bridge(33) mounted between an upper part of the circular settling basin and the drive motor; and a spiral settling guide bar(40) which is attached to a support(41) and spirally formed and inclined in a direction from an upper part of the center cage to a lower part of the center cage to guide settling of sludge into the sludge collecting groove, wherein the support is mounted on an outer peripheral surface of the center cage between the central retention tank and the scraper.
