PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching structure of a wooden wall material which can be easily executed on a metal outer sheathing material which is excellent in heat insulation, fire protection performance, water resistance, workability or the like without direct placement of the wooden wall material by a fastener such as a nail. SOLUTION: The attaching structure of the wooden wall material B consists of the extra-long metal outer sheathing material A and the extra-long wooden wall material B. A design uneven part 1 is formed on the design surface of the extra-long metal outer sheathing material A, and an engagement unevenness 7 is formed on the back side of the extra-long wooden wall material B. Then the wooden wall material B is constructed by the engagement and adhesion of the engagement uneven part 7 of the wooden wall material B with the joint partγof the metal outer sheathing material A.
