PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a hot dip galvanized steel sheet having a zinc phosphate film by which the compositional balance of a treatment agent is fixedly held, also, production cost is reduced, and influence on the environment can be reduced. SOLUTION: The method for continuously producing the hot dip galvanized steel sheet having the zinc phosphate film comprises: a surface regulator feeding step where a surface regulator is fed to the surface of hot dip galvanizing; a predrying step, as a poststep of the surface regulator feeding step, where the surface regulator is dried; and a treatment agent feeding step, as a poststep of the predrying step, where a treatment agent containing a zinc phosphate aqueous solution is fed to the surface of the hot dip galvanizing by a roll-coating process.
