PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a typographic rotary printing ink good in inking property, high in mileage and slight in odor, and to provide printed matter of high print density using the above printing ink. SOLUTION: The typographic rotary printing ink is characterized in using a plant oil. Specifically, in this printing ink, the plant oil is a recycled one. More specifically, the recycled plant oil is obtained by adding activated clay to a waste edible oil followed by heating at 95-150°C and then cooling to room temperature followed by filtration by filter press.
