PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing sheet which does not generate paste residues at the time of re-exfoliation and can be exfoliated by slight exfoliation power when printing is performed to one side of the fixing sheet and the sheet is used outdoors or for indoor window display where direct rays hit. SOLUTION: The fixing sheet comprises a substrate and an easily-adhering layer and a silicone layer in turn laminated to at least one side of the substrate, wherein the easily-adhering layer contains an oil-like material which has at least one atom selected from among N, P, S, and Sn in the molecule.
