PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intraocular pathologic neovascularization inhibitor having an action for effectively inhibiting intraocular neovascularization, to provide a medicine for preventing and/or treating an intraocular neovascularization disease, and to provide a method for efficiently screening the preventing/treating medicine with an Lnk-deficient retinal ischemia model. SOLUTION: This intraocular pathologic neovascularization inhibitor contains, as an active ingredient, a substance which inhibits the expression or function of an Lnk gene. The intraocular neovascularization disease includes ischemic proliferative retinopathy, macular edema, age-related macular degeneration, neovascular glaucoma, corneal neovascularization, and choroidal neovascularization. The method for efficiently screening the medicine for preventing/treating the intraocular neovascularization disease comprises administering a test substance in retinal ischemia model non-human animal and then evaluating the extent of the regeneration at the retinal ischemia site of the non-human animal.
