PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display the operating state of a plurality of cars at low cost and enhance its visibility. SOLUTION: This elevator device comprises a plurality of cars, a hall call button installed at a landing for the cars and calling the cars, car call buttons installed inside the cars and registering destinations, a control means controlling the operation of the cars according to the registrations of the hall call button and the car call buttons, and a display means displaying the guides for the cars in a plurality of indicators 111 to 113 installed at the landing correspondingly to the cars according to operating state signals from the control means.
