PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To well detect a lifting height while suppressing labor of a worker and cost. SOLUTION: The changed amount of the lift height for each rotation of a motor 22 detected by a rotation detection means 23 is calculated in a draw-out means 53. The draw-out means 53 accumulates the changed amounts of lifting heights thus calculated to obtain the present lifting height. However, the rotation of the motor 22 is not detected when downward movement is indicated (down switch 16 is operated), the draw-out means starts accumulating the changed amounts of the lifting heights from a predetermined set value (lifting height when a lifting device 10 is lowered to the lower limit).
