PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance pitch conversion structure for effectively converting two kinds of maintenance pitches of a regular pitch used as a daily use pitch and an assembled pitch required by an application process. SOLUTION: The structure has a base 2, a guide shaft 3 raised in the base 2, a holding plate 8 with a guide hole 10 for allowing the guide shaft 3 to pass through wherein a holding groove 9 of a groove width W for holding a plane is formed, and a translatory device 5 which numbers the holding plate 8 from the base 2 one by one when the guide hole 10 of a plurality of holding plates 8 is put on the guide shaft 3 and an odd-numbered holding plate 8, which is a moving plate, is reciprocated in an axial direction, thus elongating and contracting a distance between the base 2 and the moving plate. When the distance between the base 2 and the moving plate is minimized, a holding pitch of the holding groove is a regular pitch Pt, and when the distance between the base and the moving plate is maximized, the holding pitch of the holding groove is made a continuation of a set of an assembled pitch of a narrow pitch Ps narrower than the regular pitch Pt and a wide pitch Pb wider than the regular pitch Pt.
