PURPOSE: A method, a system and a computer readable recording medium for performing charging for search advertisement referring to a frequency of effective publication thereof are provided to prevent a burden of an advertisement cost referring to a calculated frequency of effective publication based on a publication frequency of searched advertisement. CONSTITUTION: A charging decider(241) counts a frequency which searched advertisement is really published at fixed times. The charging decider calculates effective publication frequency about the searched advertisement. A charging manager(240) performs charge process only if the real publication frequency is exceed to the effective publication frequency. The effective publication frequency is calculated based on the past time publication frequency about the searched advertisement. The effective publication frequency is calculated according to each day.
