PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a person to enter or exit through an opening and closing body for a passage even though an original apparatus for the opening and closing body cannot be operated because of a certain malfunction. SOLUTION: A passage opening which allows a person to pass is formed at a part of a rigid closing part, and the opening is made openable and closable by using a passage opening and closing means formed of a rigid member which is same with the rigid closing part in rigidity. When the opening and closing means having the passage opening is in an opened state, the passage opening is brought into a closed state by the passage opening and closing means since there is no necessity for opening the passage opening, and when the opening and closing means cannot be opened due to some malfunctions and so on, the passage opening and closing means is released, and then the person or the like can enter and exit from the passage opening.
