PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated porous base material and disposable body warmer, preventing slip-off and missing of a printing layer, maintaining the print contents for a long period of time to enable clear vision, favorably maintaining air permeability even in printing a pattern or the like to maintain heating temperature and heating duration similar to those when having no printing layer. SOLUTION: This laminated porous base material is formed by adhesively bonding a porous film 1 and an air permeable base material 3 through an air permeable adhesive layer 2, and one or both of the porous film and the air permeable base material have a printing layer 31 on the adhesive surface side. The disposable body warmer is formed by storing a heating unit in the interior of a storing bag using the laminated porous base material at least in a part thereof. Thus, the printing layer is protected by the porous film or the air permeable base material to hardly cause slip-off and missing due to water vapor or rubbing, in addition of the laminating process of the base material, the disappearance of the printing layer can be prevented also in the manufacturing process of the disposable body warmer to attain excellent reliability for maintaining the printing layer.
