PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which prevents a pillow from shifting or falling by holding the pillow because the pillow shifts or falls when the upper body part of a reclining bed is raised and it is not easy for sick persons or handicapped people to carry it back each time. SOLUTION: A pillow 7 of any configuration can be held and can prevent shifting and falling with a quick-release and stretchable rubber belt by inserting a non-slip board 4 between a bed 5 and a mattress 6.
