PURPOSE: A broadcast receiving device and a video play method using the same are provided to simultaneously play a broadcast program and an image photographed through a camera on a display screen, thereby providing various functions to a user through a comparison mode. CONSTITUTION: A tuning and demodulating unit(106) tunes a selected broadcast channel to transfer the tuned broadcast signal. An image photographing unit(116) photographs a moving picture through at least one camera during selection of a comparison mode to transfer the moving picture. If the comparison mode is selected while reproducing the broadcast signal, a controller(104) partitions a display screen to simultaneously display the broadcast signal and a photographed moving picture on one screen. If the comparison mode is completed, the controller stores video information including video date, video title and video contents. |
