<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathroom installed with a functional unit including a water passage portion within the bathroom, which is provided with a communication hose communicating with the outside air outside the bathroom to prevent influence of high humidity in the bathroom on devices in the functional unit and leakage of water in the functional unit to the outside of the bathroom. <P>SOLUTION: The bathroom includes the functional unit 3 including the inside water passage portion, and a water leakage-preventing valve connected with the communication hose 30 for communicating with an air layer in the functional unit 3 and an air layer outside the bathroom, and including a check valve ball for preventing water leaked from the water passage portion of the functional unit 3 from being discharged outside the bathroom. The water leakage-preventing valve is located at a position in the vicinities of a connecting portion connected to the functional unit 3 mounted so that the communication hose 30 is maintained in a horizontal direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
