An outdoor unit of an air conditioner is provided to increase suction amount of air entering into an electrical parts chamber by drawing in ambient air due to pressure variance of a ventilation chamber and the electrical parts chamber. An outdoor unit of an air conditioner comprises a barrier separating an electrical parts chamber(2) on which a control device(70) is arranged and a ventilation chamber on which a fan is arranged; an inlet channel(85) connecting the electrical parts chamber to the outside; an air diffuser(55), formed to the barrier in order to connect the electrical parts chamber and the ventilation chamber, supplying air inside the electrical parts chamber into the ventilation chamber; and a heat dissipating part(57), arranged in the ventilation chamber in order to contact with the control part, cooling the control unit using heat exchange with air stream of the ventilation chamber.
