PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a brush part to insert into a narrow space, such as a tire wheel around automobile wheels which is hard for a hand to insert into and to wash it easily by allowing a washing surface to be wet by washing liquid regardless of the direction of a handle. SOLUTION: A handle 10 whose internal space serves as a liquid pool space 11 is successively provided with a core part 30 whose internal space serves as a liquid leading route 31, and the core part 30 is provided with the brush part 80. The handle 10 and the core part 30 are separated and they are attached/removed by an attachment/removal mechanism 69. When the handle 10 is deformed by pressing while holding between the hands, the liquid pool space 11 is pressurized to cause the washing liquid to flow into the liquid leading route 31, and the liquid goes out through a liquid discharge hole 32 of the core part 30.
