The device includes at least one sensor for direct or indirect detection of the changes in myogenic force or pressure. A signal processing unit amplifies, digitizes and removes noise from the detected changes in force or pressure. An evaluation unit displays the detected changes on a monitor using suitable methodic and numeric procedures. When a threshold is exceeded, an audible and/or visual signal is generated.
