PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent stacking displacement and so on, during manufacturing of an electrochemical device which sequentially stack electrodes and separators. SOLUTION: In the electrochemical device in which electrodes containing a carbon material and a binder for binding the carbon material are stacked via the separators, is stored in a package case, the electrodes and the separators are bonded to each other, or the separators are bonded to each other with an adhesive whose main component is the same as the component of the binder of the electrodes.
