摘要 A UWB-based precise calibration apparatus for the absolute position of a coal cutter comprises a coal cutter body (1), a coal cutter locating device (2), an explosion-proof enclosure (3) of the locating device, an upper computer (5), four Ultra Wide Band (UWB) wireless communication sensors (6) and a POE switch (10). The explosion-proof enclosure (3) of the locating device is fixed on the coal cutter body (1). The coal cutter locating device (2) is connected in the explosion-proof enclosure (3) of the locating device. An UWB locating label (4) is included in the coal cutter locating device (2). The Ultra Wide Band (UWB) wireless communication sensors (6) are equidistantly fixed on a hydraulic bracket at an end; and the Ultra Wide Band (UWB) wireless communication sensors (6) are connected with the upper computer (5) via the POE switch (10). A UWB-based precise calibration method for the absolute position of a coal cutter is also disclosed. The apparatus can use the Ultra Wide Band (UWB) wireless communication to precisely calibrate so that the apparatus has strong anti-interference capacity, high transmission rates, wider bandwidth and lower power consumption, the precise location of a downhole coal cutter can be provided, and the apparatus is safe, reliable, easy to install and convenient to operate.
