PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication module and a module testing system thereof that can change a pin function of the communication module connectable to a host device and can suppress false change of the pin function.SOLUTION: The communication module according to the present application can be connected to a host device and a module testing system, and includes: an input/output unit having at least two different functions including one defined by a standard specification; command detecting means for detecting a setting command to be input into the input/output unit and sent from the module testing system; and control means for switching a function of the input/output unit based on the setting command detected by the command detecting means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
