The invention relates to a removable food-working tool (70) for a food preparation appliance, comprising: an electric motor built into a base that is mechanically connected to the working tool by a drive shaft (765); and a unit for controlling the electric motor, said working tool comprising food-working parts solidly connected to a mount that is connected to the drive shaft. The working tool also comprises: at least one movable lever-forming part (715) having a shape that sufficiently matches that (745) of the drive shaft, or of an intermediate tool driven by the drive shaft, in order to be solidly connected thereto; and a flexible element (735) exerting sufficient force so as to apply each movable part against the drive shaft or against the intermediate tool and to lock the tool on the drive shaft or on the intermediate tool such that the movable tool performs its function, with a pressure exerted directly on at least one lever causing the separation of the lever and the drive shaft or the intermediate tool, thereby detaching the working tool from the drive shaft or the intermediate tool. |
