The present invention provides a ringer solution monitoring apparatus which comprises: a power source applying constant voltage; a capacitive sensor for measuring capacitance varied by a dielectric between two metal plates when a droplet of a ringer solution falls by forming the two metal plates in both side surfaces of a chamber storing the ringer solution; a frequency generation unit for generating a frequency by converting the capacitance measured in the capacitive sensor into the frequency; a main control unit for detecting a change in the frequency generated in the frequency generation unit, and calculating a space factor by checking the changing frequency; and a notification unit for representing a dosage of the ringer solution calculated by calculating the space factor in the main control unit, and notifying a replacement time of the ringer solution.
