The present invention relates to an optical system for an iris recognition device. The optical system for an iris recognition device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a receiving unit which receives an iris image; a first reflection unit which is connected to the receiving unit and arranged opposite to each other; a second reflection unit which is connected to the receiving unit and arranged opposite to the first reflection unit; and an emitting unit which is connected to the first and second reflection units and arranged opposite to the second reflection unit. Accordingly, the receiving unit and the emitting unit, and a plurality of reflection units are connected to one another and are integrally configured, and thus an optical path can be efficiently reduced. Further, an iris can be recognized without any error even in the distance of 20-30cm or longer. Therefore, there is an effect of easily recognizing an iris image.
